Phil was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1972. The US Air Force moved him to Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah in 1977. Phil fell in love with the people and the state and has been here ever since. He and his wife eventually got tired of winter and moved to St. George in early 2005.
Phil retired from the Air Force after a long career and after 35 years as a nurse practitioner, he is mostly retired from medicine. He is now pursuing a career in Real Estate with Markel Realty Group.
Even though Phil's roots are firmly planted in Oklahoma, he's a Utahn. Phil loves Southern Utah, golf, and the people of St. George. These three passions prepare him well for this exciting new chapter in his life.
